MINDFULNESS TRAINING
Paula received her training through Brown University in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
MIndfulness Based stress reduction is a program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, as a way to reduce stress and improve overall well being. It was intially developed to aid the chronically sick but has now expanded and is being used in mindful education, mindful leadership and a variety of other applicaitons. It is the most scientifically researched and well-established mindfulness training program.
